Warranty Information

Vantage Point Products Corp. products are manufactured to ensure superior quality, performance and durability for a lifetime of use.  Warranty covers the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use. Exceptions:EVO wood panels 3 years; No warranty on glass. Vantage Point Products Corp. will repair or replace, at our option, any product which proves to be defective upon inspection.  This warranty will not apply to products that have been lost or damaged by misuse, abuse or accident, altered or repaired in any way or by any person or firm other than specified by us, used in violation of instructions or incorrectly assembled or used in a manner other than specified by us.  The warranty is nontransferable to a new owner and may require proof of purchase.  All claims must be directly handled by Vantage Point Products Corp.

Shipping

All orders shipped F.O.B. Santa Fe Springs, CA. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for non-accepted or refused delivery of shipments. Undamaged refused shipments will incur a 15% restock fee.

Damages/Claims

Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Vantage Point. Any damages must be reported to Vantage Point within seven days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by Vantage Point directly with the freight carrier. To ensure damage & claim credit, all damaged product must be returned to Vantage Point in the original packaging and outer shipping boxes. Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Vantage Point prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6). Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. A copy of the original Vantage Point packing slip must be included with all returns. Defective returns are eligible for return only within 60 days from Vantage Point invoice date. If your item suffers minor or severe damage in transit, contact Vantage Point Customer Service at the above number to have a replacement part or item sent to you free of charge. Products must be returned complete and with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box / packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective returns. Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Vantage Point. Ship item(s) prepaid to: 9115 Dice Rd #18, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.
